A SHORT PATH TO HELLO.

One invitation.
Two people.

A browser call should feel as simple as asking someone if they’ve got a minute.

01. Make a line for someone.

Open the app and add a connection. Give it a name you’ll recognize, like “Maya” or “Saturday project.” The name and invitation stay in this browser’s Phone Book.

You can browse contacts before allowing the microphone. Voice calls need microphone permission; Tiny messages doesn’t.

02. Send the private invitation.

Share the complete invitation link or its QR code through a channel you trust. The invitation contains a secret, so keep it between you and the person you want to call.

The other person opens the invitation in their browser. You don’t need to exchange phone numbers, install a native app or create accounts.

An invitation is access.

Anyone with the full invitation may join that connection. If it’s shared with the wrong person, make a new line and stop using the old one. Deleting a contact only removes your local copy.

03. Allow the microphone. Say hello.

Both people need an internet connection and a supported browser. Allow microphone access when you choose to call or answer. If your browser blocks automatic audio, tap the playback prompt.

Default relay-only calling requires a working TURN relay configured by the app operator. It avoids sharing your direct network address with the other browser. Direct mode is an explicit alternative that may expose that address.

Background alerts are optional and depend on browser and operating-system support. For the most reliable first call, keep the app open on both devices.

Keep the line for next time.

Search the Phone Book, select a connection and call again. To move to another browser, export a password-encrypted backup and restore it there.

For less persistence, Settings offers a temporary session. Its contacts stay in memory and disappear when the session reloads or ends. This doesn’t erase browser history, screenshots, backups or the other person’s copies.

Sometimes a tiny note is enough.

If voice won’t connect or the signal is too weak, select the contact and open Tiny messages. Short encrypted notes use the signaling connection, without a microphone or TURN.

Both people must keep the app open. Notes expire from app memory after 90 seconds, and closing the panel clears your local messages. A delivery receipt means the other device received it, not that a person read it.
